Can a locum cancel a session?

Yes, but with restrictions. If a locum needs to cancel within 2 days of starting work, then they are required to call the practice to cancel over the phone. The practice can then cancel the locum and perform another search for a replacement locum. Otherwise the locum can cancel via the website and you will be notified immediately via email.
