How do I update my availability on my mobile

The mobile version of the BeeFound availability calendar is slightly different than the one you see on a computer. Due to the reduced screen size we had to come up with a new way of showing your availability.

So on the mobile version of BeeFound, you availability is shown in the following way

  • A cell with a white background, means your availability is set to ALL DAY
  • A cell with the top half as a white background, means your availability is set to AM
  • A cell with the bottom half as a white background, means your availability is set to PM

 

For days with bookings (Orange = Unconfirmed Booking, Green = Confirmed Booking)

 

  • A cell with a orange or green background, means you are booked ALL DAY 
  • A cell with the top half as a orange or green background, means you are booked for a morning session (AM)
  • A cell with the bottom half as a orange or green background, means you are booked for an afternoon session (PM)

 

To update your availability, click the date you wish to set your availability for. Four buttons will then appear at the bottom of the calendar (this might be off the bottom of the screen depending on your mobile device), for AM, PM, ALL DAY and NONE. Click the button that relates to the availability you want to set for that day. Your calendar will update with your selection. Depending on the speed of your internet connection it might take a short while for the availability to be recorded and calendar updated. 

 

 

In the screenshot above, you can see we have availability set for all day for the 10th through to the 13th. Availably in the morning for the 17th and 18th and Availability in the afternoon for the 24th and 25th.

 

The 19th is the currently selected day. The four buttons at the bottom of the screen allow us to set our availability for that date.
